Refund Policy

We aim to deliver the best experience. Here’s how refunds are handled.

We currently do not provide refunds unless it is under specific circumstances:

•Your order is not delivered by the promised delivery date.
•Requested customization is not reflected in the final video as per your request, or we are unable to fulfill the customization request (partial refund may apply).
•If you no longer require the service and editing has not yet begun, or the project has not been completed, you may be eligible for a refund.

Important Note

You are not eligible for a refund if you do not like the finished product. However, we will revise the video per any request needed in order to give you a satisfying video. We also will provide a source file, so that if you notice any elements you would like corrected, you can change them yourself.
